Concept Development

Concept Development

At the stage when you are still deciding on what to make and how to make it, 3D printing comes in handy as you can virtually design and explore many avenues of design as your product comes together. This is the virtual version of brain-storming as you can literally tweak and move parts around with the software as well as provide yourself with the luxury of having a 3D model that you can also work with and re-model to suit your design parameters.
Product Design and Virtualization

Product Design and Virtualization

We provide you with the opportunity of showing your clients 3D samples of your ideas and designs! While this is supremely cost effective, you can also have a proper model of the item so that clients are able to touch and experience the design ahead of actual production. It is professional, cutting edge and also perfect if you are an independent designer who needs to work on a particular new blueprint that requires a cost effective prototype!
2D and 3D CAD Design

2D and 3D CAD Design

Specially for career Architects and those in the construction industry, this gives you a model that you can mock up for your clients and take along for a presentation. This is so very handy when trying to explain placement of walls, doors and other accessories as well showing clients how much light and space you have factored into a building. Also a very effective tool when measuring size and space as the model will be scaled to your specifications and you can have several levels or every level of a building/apartment modeled in. Also very effective to show surrounding buildings and macro environments and their impact on your proposed plan. These models can be built in a short space of time and will be very specific in details and measurements.
3D Scanning

3D Scanning

3 dimensional scanning is the collection and collation of data used to construct 3D models of a design or virtual idea that you may have. Hundreds of scans are used to collate information regarding a target shape and then it is reconstructed later into a physical shape ( also known as 3D Printing). The actual collation of the model is known as 3D Scanning, as it will take the physical item and make a digital model of it out of available software.
3D Printing

3D Printing

Once the 3 Dimensional Scanning is complete, you can tweak the software to change the shape of the item you have scanned. This is done digitally. Once you are satisfied with the item you have on your screen, you are ready to print the same as a physical model.
Prototyping

Prototyping

Prototyping or the printing of a sample model of the item you wish to make ( i.e. an intelligent ring or bangle), is relatively easy and quick. There is also the luxury of being able to change the data available to manipulate the shape, texture and size of the design. You can even have several types of the same item (with different features) available. In fact this is the quickest and most effective way to make your prototype ready for your clients.
